Explore how Mediators+Plus offers respectful, neutral mediation and coaching to resolve disputes and foster growth.
The Role of the Mediator
During mediation the Mediator cannot serve as a therapist, attorney, judge, or in any other capacity. The Mediator is neutral between all parties and facilitates discussions to assist the parties in developing an agreement all parties mutually agree on. Each party has the right to self-determination and are not required to agree upon any terms deemed unacceptable. However, to preserve your right to self-determination, it may be more cost effective and less time consuming for both parties to develop an agreement rather than spend an inordinate amount of time and money going to court.
In obtaining mediation services, all parties must agree upon the mediator chosen and the date of the mediation. All mediations are conducted online.
Choose the Service You Need:
Do you need Mediation services or Divorce Coaching service. The same professional may not serve as the Divorce Coach and the Mediator unless all parties agree in writing, should the need for mediation arise.
